it met all our needs:- a comfortable bed, a good breakfast with great choices and all in a very pleasant location.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite big. We ate in the bar in the evening and had breakfast the next morning. Both meals were lovely and reasonably priced.

Be careful where you park your car. There is a car park across the road from the hotel which is cheaper than the hotels but when we went into it we saw a car being broken into. The hotel car park has cameras and security and some of the rooms overlook it so cars are safe there.

Being close to the Hunt Museum was a big plus. the room had everything we needed and was nice and tidy, plus the bathroom was so spacious! 🚿

The staff were extremely helpful and the parking facilities were A1.

Poor lighting in the bedrooms especially for reading and lighting over bathroom mirror too glaring especially for applying make- up.

Close to city center and buffet breakfast was excellent

We had to wait for a room because the hotel offered late checkout for people who had just run the Limerick marathon. As we didn't run we didn't complain about the inconvenience

Here you'll find a well-kept room with a lovely view and an excellent, convenient location near a busy street and a beautiful cathedral, making it hassle-free to visit the Frank McCourt Museum.

I got complimentary city twin room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Staff were amicable and accommodating, and facilities were great here.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

As with all Jury hotels, it was well located and very good value for money in a central position in Limerick. Rooms were basic but well furnished though the room walls were a little thin!! The hotel was a few minutes walk from the main shopping and restaurant street but we didn't venture far as the excellent Freddy's bistro was a few minutes walk away in Theatre Lane. This restaurant was a real gem and offerd superb food at a very reasonable cost.

Better instructions on the website to the nearby Henry Street car park would have been helpful.
